Launch guide

What to know before your first 5,000-unit gummy run.

A practical buyer guide for pilot-batch planning, packaging handoff, testing path, and the first production conversation.

Start with the market route.

Know whether the program is Michigan METRC, hemp-derived, nutraceutical, or current in-house brand wholesale before pricing talks.

View markets

House formula or custom path.

House formulas help when speed matters. Custom development fits when flavor, ingredients, or package constraints are already known.

Open white label

Bring packaging and testing in early.

Packaging affects count, label area, compliance, shipping, and timing. COA coordination should be discussed before commitments.

Read FAQ

Plan the second order while qualifying the first.

A pilot run should clarify reorder cadence, flavor performance, inventory timing, and the path into recurring volume.

Ask about low MOQ

Request the fee schedule.

When market route, package direction, and first-batch volume are clear, send the intake so sales can qualify fit.

The decisions that change a first-run quote

A 5,000-unit run is the first production conversation. The quote moves with the route, the gummy format, the pack count, and whether the buyer is handing off finished packaging. Nutraceutical, hemp-derived, and licensed Michigan THC are quoted separately. METRC belongs on the licensed Michigan THC path.

Testing, then the reorder

Batches are tested through ISO 17025-accredited labs. The certificate of analysis is the record for that batch. Plan the reorder before the pilot lands, so the first run has a second date. Send the brief through the fee schedule once the route, formula direction, pack, and timing are known. Low-MOQ manufacturing on this site starts at that same 5,000-unit pilot.
